The Violence in the "Drug War" model

  

In the current "Drug War" approach, the very definition is to solve the problem with violence. It has taken Thousands of lives and the result is an increase in consumption and a seemingly neverending cycle of blood and punishment. The violence approach focuses in safeguarding the "proper" elements of society while exterminating the "undesirable" ones. It efectively divides society into two parts, a deserving one and another one that is not.

Harm Reduction

  

A different approach than that of the "war on drugs", an approach that, rather than dividing society in roles of enemy and victim, sees the society as  whole. In the harm reduction approach, the idea is to provide society with the adequate information about all potentially harmful activities, and trust on their judgment. On those whose judgment is overtaken by a harmful decision.
